Michaela & Armand Oberholzer have over fifteen years of experience. Michaela started in 1998 in the private sector working for lawyers and studied part time. From there she moved through various industries to gain experience, as each industry/sector is unique in its own way. In 2004 she joined the corporate world and by 2007 she was a Financial Director running a group of 5 companies. In 2008 she left the corporate world to join the practitioner’s world, and in 2010 she started her own practice. Armand specializes in systems and processes. He designed integrated back office system that runs the practice and maintains the quality control of the practice. He officially joined the team in 2017 and is busy designing database and processes for customers

During the course of 2018 she cofounded with a Business Coach, a training initiative for their customers, CIB, who meets on a monthly basis to empower their clients on important business subjects. Further she is also the Branch Leader for the South African Council for Business Women (SACBW) Centurion branch, leading women in business and female professionals to collaborate and unite.
